From the first session, I saw that this isn't just another workshop; instead, it's a space where we can explore ourselves, our motivations, and ways of turning our passions into meaningful action.

Being involved in this project has been far more than an academic experience. It has been a journey of personal growth, reflection, and belief.

Having the chance to be a part of the Purpose Lab sessions with Bell Group gave me valuable insights into what modern careers can look like for the next generation.

Before Purpose Lab, writing about myself felt harder than debugging code. I questioned whether my story mattered, how I fitted into tech spaces, and whether I really belonged in conversations about careers, purpose, and the future of work.

The Purpose Lab, a major campaign of The Purpose Coalition, was celebrated at a reception held yesterday at The Vincent Rooms, Westminster, bringing together student ambassadors, universities, colleges, employers and policymakers to celebrate the growing national impact of the Purpose Lab programme.

In recent Purpose Lab sessions, students joined Serco and The Purpose Coalition to explore how a major public-service provider turns purpose into practice - across careers, ESG and colleague networks. 

Purpose Lab student ambassadors explored mental health in the workplace and how to make frontline careers in rail more accessible in two recent sessions with c2c. 

The Purpose Lab Student Ambassador programme continues to empower young people with practical, workplace-ready skills.

The session underlined E.ON’s commitment to an inclusive approach to early careers and gave them insight into what students really value from work experience.

Being a Purpose Lab Student Ambassador has been a truly formative experience, giving me the chance to explore how ideas of purpose, leadership, and innovation are being redefined in today’s world.
