How Purpose Lab has helped me to think more intentionally

Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in Purpose Lab, and it has genuinely been a rewarding experience. Going into it, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I quickly found that it offered a space to think, learn, and grow in ways I hadn’t anticipated and also was challenging in a way that I found rewarding.

One of the things I enjoy most about Purpose Lab is the structure of each session. They all feel well-thought out with time to learn more about companies whilst also having discussion with others and time to individually reflect. It does not feel overwhelming and hardly ever feels rushed, which makes it easier to engage and understand the process of the session better. I often find myself looking forward to the sessions and reflecting on them afterwards in a rather positive way.

The environment has also played a big role in the experience that I have had. It has always been supportive and open, making it comfortable to share ideas and hear different perspectives. Listening to others has helped me to realise that many of us are navigating similar questions about purpose, direction, and personal growth.

What has stood out to me the most is how Purpose Lab encourages me to think more intentionally about what matters to me. It isn’t to do with having the perfect answer or always knowing what to say but instead thinking about how to ask stronger and more precise questions. I’ve come away with a clearer sense of my values and a stronger motivation to align my actions with them.

Overall, I genuinely really enjoy the time that I have spent so far with Purpose Lab. It’s been a space for reflection, connection, and growth, and I’m grateful for all of the experiences that I have had and look forward to what is to come.
