Our latest Purpose Lab session brought senior members of Sodexo’s Schools & Universities business together with female students at the University of Greenwich’s Medway Campus to explore what it takes to attract, retain and support women across Facilities Management (FM), including engineering, security and operational roles.  

Clive Efford MP visited the University of Greenwich’s Eltham Campus to meet staff and students and to see firsthand how new technology is being used to strengthen teacher training. 

Being a Purpose Lab Student Ambassador has been a truly formative experience, giving me the chance to explore how ideas of purpose, leadership, and innovation are being redefined in today’s world.

Together, they are advancing social mobility and delivering meaningful change across areas such as sustainability, inclusion, skills development and local economic empowerment.
