Students are immersed in projects that span inclusive growth, ethical AI, workforce wellbeing, and more - building industry-relevant skills, meaningful portfolios, and the confidence to thrive in competitive employment markets.
Students involved in the project are given the chance to broaden their horizons about the careers they want to move into, all while earning money and adding work experience onto their CVs. Student ambassadors come from a range of universities and colleges, including Teesside University, Southampton Solent University, Liverpool Hope University and the University of West London.

A standout example is TP, which has embraced the Purpose Lab to strengthen its social impact agenda and talent pipeline. As part of its involvement, TP has included Purpose Lab Student Ambassadors in two new working groups focused on workplace wellbeing and bridging the gap between the 5 generations. This initiative not only gave students a platform to influence real business strategy but also helped TP surface innovative ideas that aligned closely with its global purpose values.
