Purpose Power List 2025 unveiled at Labour Party Conference

At Labour Party Conference, we unveiled the Purpose Power List 2025, a landmark celebration of individuals and organisations driving meaningful, purpose-led change across the UK . The list recognises leaders redefining success through innovation, community impact and inclusive leadership across sectors from education and healthcare to finance, energy and transport.

Our headline reception brought together leaders from business, politics and civil society to recognise the difference purposeful leadership makes in communities nationwide.

To help mark the launch, we welcomed two outstanding speakers:

  • Professor Eunice Simmons, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Chester, a sector leader in higher education and widening participation and a long-time supporter of The Purpose Coalition’s mission to break down barriers and open up opportunity .

  • Marco Forgione MCIEx, Director General of the Institute of Export & International Trade, who champions skills, opportunity and global ambition, and has been a driving voice for purpose-led growth .
