MP of the Week: Tessa Munt

Tessa Munt is our MP of the week.

Tessa has stood out recently for her work highlighting the need for greater transparency and accountability in public institutions, particularly through her contributions to the Public Office Accountability Bill.

In recent parliamentary discussions, she has focused on strengthening standards of openness and ensuring public bodies are held to account where failures occur. This work is particularly relevant at a time when trust in institutions and access to fair outcomes remain key concerns for many communities.

Alongside this, she has also used her platform to raise awareness of issues such as support for women with ADHD, helping to shine a light on often overlooked barriers to opportunity.

Tessa is a great of example of an MP combining national policy engagement with advocacy on social issues, focusing on fairness, accountability and improving outcomes for those who can be easily overlooked.
